Great news! We were just informed that Chancellor Merkel has signed a new executive order revoking the previous July 20, 2011 executive order that established the December 31, 2011 deadline for new GGWP applications. The executive order is effective immediately and all German federal departments are being informed. As such, a deadline to file new GGWP applications no longer exists.
